- Alcoholic beverages are allowed on the boat, but glass is prohibited.
Restrictions
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Only emergency life preservers are on the boat. Guests that wish to have a more comfortable life jacket must bring them.
- Large parties over 15 are asked to make reservations at least 24 hours prior to departure.
- This trip requires a minimum of 12 adult participants or equal value to depart, which varies by season. If the minimum is not met, an agent will call to reschedule or offer a full refund.
- Glass bottles are prohibited.
- The tour boat has a maximum capacity of 49 passengers.

- There is a restroom on the boat.
- Free parking is available on site.
- Snacks and beverages are available onboard for purchase (cash only).
- Children under 2 are FREE but need to be accounted for during booking.
- The tour is not wheelchair accessible.
- Holiday weekend cruises last an additional half hour.
- The boat is a 45-ft Corinthian Catamaran.
Cancellation policy
Customers may cancel at least 48 hours prior to their arrival date to receive a full refund minus a $5 service fee. Customers that cancel after the 48 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. If the captain calls off the tour due to weather, the tour may be rescheduled by the vendor for a later time/date or a full refund will be issued. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it's outside the 48 hour cancellation period. No-shows will not be refunded.
